Chief Customer Officer Barber and Senior VP Bale to Lead Hot Stuff Foods® Growth

Sioux Falls, SD, February 11, 2009: Hot Stuff Foods® announced that Jim Ilaria, board member and principal of Allied Capital, is Interim CEO following the departure of John Fontana.

In his new position, Barber will oversee the functional departments of Sales, Franchise Care & Development, Operations and Marketing, including R&D, Innovation and Brand Advertising.
