“Lettieri’s new Self-Rising Take & Bake Pizza program,” notes Barber, “has all the components of a successful take & bake program and can be executed in a fraction of the space. The fully topped product arrives freshly frozen from the distributor and can be held for up to 9 months in the freezer. When the retailer is ready to merchandise the product, it is taken from the freezer and placed in the cooler for 24 hours. Once thawed, take & bake pizzas can be merchandised for up to 48 hours.”

The new 14 inch self-rising pizza also comes with 5 delicious flavor toppings including;
